- To discuss any current issues requiring remedial action or a review of the scope of the service provision.
- Grounds maintenance of Village areas by the Parish Council.

- Parish Priority Plan – Discuss proposed actions and assign responsibilities following the draft schedule for completion by October 2026. Richard/Jeff.
- Planning applications
- To receive information regarding relevant applications
- To approve response to any relevant application.
- Playing Field
- To discuss relevant issues and appropriate action required.
- Play area
(a) To discuss relevant issues and appropriate action.
- Village Green
- To discuss relevant issues.
- Peak Cluster.
(a) Group to share any feedback received from the Community and factfinding from individual Councillors, including webinar sessions and reporting by local and national media.
(b) Decide and assign on any actions required. - Correspondence
- To discuss any issues raised from correspondence forwarded to Councillors in advance of meeting or available at the meeting.
- FOI requests/information, summary and analysis of such requests received.

- To approve retrospective and pending expenditure for January/February 2026.
